Internet Television Merger!

The way technology is being utilized today has forced technology to change and adapt.  Viewers are moving away from their Televisions to their computer screens.  Nielsen//Net Ratings (March 2007) calculated the number of Internet users in the United States as 208,907,282.  Between 2000 and 2007 Internet users increased in the US by 25.1% or 84,907,282 users.  The merging of the World Wide Web and Television has created a "new entity" and a "new age."  This new entity brings the static information of .com and the dynamic flow of television on .tv channels together.  This new age allows users to have more tangible and engaging experiences.

The merging of the Internet and Television has given birth to Internet Television Channels (ccTLD .tv).  An Internet .tv channel is a necessary foundation in the creation of a Global Web Presence.  These .tv channels must deliver to users what they expect: video, and engaging interactive media.  These .tv's need to be synchronized with the established functions of the .com's.  A .com and .tv are structured differently and when used in tandem are natural complements.

What will the .tv add to the already established functions of the .com?  The .tv is the missing half necessary to build your own world and Global Web Presence within the Internet.  Only a .tv channel frees you from the constraints and costs of advertising on traditional Television.  Utilizing a .tv channel will give you freedom of expression and unlimited marketing opportunities.

What's the problem with Flash Sites?

Why aren't "Flash" sites the answer to meeting the customer's and the corporation's expectations?  The customer's experience is dependent on the sophistication of his computer, the computer's plug-ins, the capacity of the servers/co-location facilities, and the number of users on that site pulling information at any given time.  The corporation loses because these cumbersome flash sites contain content that is not search engine friendly/indexable.  A flash site on its own cannot be read by search engine web crawlers/spiders, and the methods used to "trick" search engines are frowned upon.  Flash sites in reality are one tremendous page.  This severely limits the amount of statistical information that can be automatically collected by the patterns and actions of Internet users.  The only information by users that can easily be collected other than the information volunteered is the Internet Protocol Address (IP Address), approximate geographic location of the IP Address, and the total time a user had the site open in his web browser.  Flash sites cannot be updated, manipulated, and changed with ease.  This increases the amount of time, effort, and resources necessary to maintain the site and keep information fresh.  Flash is a very effective tool for graphic designers.  When developing a web site it is best to weave effective technologies together with Flash elements rather than depending entirely on Flash.

TLD's as Commodities

As of now, a “TD Ameritrade” (investing and research firm) or Bloomberg Network with a “stock-ticker” doesn’t exist for the TLD market. Researching these unique properties on a case specific and/or general basis is difficult; even for technological/computer experts.  Unity 4 Humanity, Inc.'s World Wide Web Info found on BusinessAnthropology.Info provides news, graphs, and information about Globally Recognized Top Level Domains and .tv channels.

U4H Registrar News

U4H Registrar News provides information for individuals and corporations assisting them in making informed decisions. It is possible to achieve success on the World Wide Web if you are armed with no-gimmick information.  U4H Registrar News discusses the Internet and Television Merger, Globally Recognized Top Level Domains (TLD's), Global Web Presence (GWP), and World Class Technological Products and Services.

GWP Informative Snapshot:
Each globally recognized TLD (Top-level domain, a .com, .tv, .info, .org, .net) carries implicit expectations for content and use. The environment of a store is different than that of a corporate office. An Internet user expects a different experience from a .com than a .tv channel. A GWP is the accurate extension of all facets of your web presence with each TLD property developed as a piece of software working in tandem with other peripherals. Web sites are no longer a static homepage filled with information and links; every page and component of a web site is valuable and part of a larger whole. A GWP allows the individual to be just as large and accessible as the corporation showcasing accurate and creative information and content.
