Global Web Presence Guidelines:  

Beautiful Properties TV will showcase the world’s exotic, architectural homes, businesses, gardens, and civil structures. It will also provide interviews with Architects and Designers. The TV homepage should house an extremely fitting Flash and simplistic navigation system linking to six categories: Living Space, Grounds for Conducting Business, World Gardens and Parks, Civil Substance, Revamp, and Architects and Designers. A video screen should encompass at least ¼ of the homepage screen. Inside this screen, short clips of designers will play (you don’t have to make those).

 

Design the internal pages for each category. Each page should have a similar feel, identical layout of features and links, but different backgrounds. Inside each category, there should be a visually oriented directory for viewing available videos (up to ten listed, then a link for additional listings). By visually oriented directory, Projects 4 TV means to not use a list of episode titles as links, rather to use images to represent the episode property.  When viewing videos from each of the categories, the screen should be at least 50% of the computer screen. 

   At the top of each page, there must be a header/logo for Beautiful Properties TV.
   At the bottom of each page there must be two small links to: Terms and Site Map and two icons/logos

   designed for Beautiful Properties TV and Beautiful Properties Info tlink to the respective homepages.

Keeping in tune with a Global Web Presence, Beautiful Properties Info is a site for the business side of Beautiful Properties TV. It will host company information, contacts, announcements, etc. The homepage should reflect some concepts of design from the TV site, however where the TV site has an entertainment feel, the Info site should be business like. Both sites incorporate a consistent image branding, i.e. same or reasonable variations of a logo and overall character. As the .tv design has a video screen, the .info site should have an area to showcase photographs and text. There must be links to the same six categories: Living Space, Grounds for Conducting Business, World Gardens and Parks, Civil Substance, Revamp, and Architects and Designers; and also links to three company specific categories: Welcome, Contacts, and Announcements. The designs for each category may be similar to those corresponding in the .tv categories, however there is no video screen, only room for large images and text. The amount of space allotted for text, must be equivalent to or more than the size of the large image.
